Hurricane Protection Required for FL Insurance Renewal
Beginning January 1, 2009, single-family homes located in the Windborne Debris Area (WBDR) of Florida insured by Citizens and with an insured value of more than $750,000 will be required to document the existence of FBC Approved hurricane protection before renewal.
